Mandatory Requirements:
Minimum 2 years in sales, preferably in the energy or technical sector.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to persuade and negotiate.
Understanding of the solar energy market and related technologies.
Experience with CRM systems.
Ability to effectively manage a client base.
Availability for regular travel within the country and abroad.
Desirable Requirements:
Higher education in sales, marketing, or energy.
Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher, knowledge of other languages is welcome.
Ability to create and deliver presentations to various audiences.
Understanding of the technical aspects of the company's products.
Strong motivation to achieve set goals and objectives.
