We are seeking a candidate for the role of
Project Manager within the solar energy sector, specifically focusing on European Union markets. This position will be based in our office located in Warsaw.

Who are we looking for
We are looking for someone with experience in sales and management, who possesses an active and responsible character, and is committed to continuous development and growth. It's important for the candidate to show initiative in acquiring new clients, as well as successfully managing projects with existing clients, maintaining constant and productive interaction with them.
Requirements:
  • English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills.
  • Experience in sales and project management.
  • Ability to work in a team and multitask.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools such as Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Understanding of basic business analysis principles and ability to work with data for decision-making.
  • Presentation and product or service demonstration skills.
  • Experience in negotiation and contract closing.
  • Ability to strive for set goals and work under high pressure.
  • Understanding of technical aspects of solar energy or interest in learning about it.
Knowledge of other foreign languages will be an advantage, as well as experience in sales and project management.

What will your responsibilities be
Sales
Your primary task will be to be a leader in sales. You will be responsible for seeking and attracting new clients, projects, and opportunities through various channels, such as cold calling, email campaigns, targeted advertising, as well as utilizing various services and platforms. Your ability to persuade and inspire clients will be a key factor in your success.
Organization
Evaluating project costs and preparing the team for project implementation will also be in your hands. However, you don't necessarily need to know and do everything yourself. Like an architect designing a house, you will allocate tasks correctly among various specialists in the company to ensure the successful execution of projects.
Management
Utilizing company resources and working within a team, you will lead projects from start to finish. Your role will involve monitoring and coordinating operational tasks, ensuring deadlines and quality of team work. Your ability to effectively manage projects and deliver high-quality services to clients will guarantee the success of our joint ventures.
